Olivia D'Cruz serves as the secretary member and pastor with Wellspring Church Ministries in Guam. In April of 2018, Olivia stepped into pastoring WCM Guam when Pastor Sally McCarley and Pastor Mike McCarley relocated from the island of Guam. From August 2011 to December of 2021, Olivia spent ten years as a case manager and then a spiritual counselor at a faith-based recovery center for women struggling with substance abuse. In July of 2022, Olivia became a full-time social worker at Child Protective Services on Guam where she seeks to bring the love, healing, and hope of Jesus Christ to the children and families that she works closely with.
Olivia is compassionate about serving others and she is committed to walking closely with those who are struggling with addiction, many types of abuse, and those who have lost hope. She loves to intercede over the island of Guam and to see people set free from all kinds of strongholds and addictions. Many of the people at Wellspring Church Guam have been delivered from addiction because of the freedom they have found in Jesus Christ and His transformative power. Olivia is committed to discipleship especially with the women that attend Bible study and she longs to see people grow deeply in their relationship with Jesus and to know Him intimately. Her anthem life verse is Hebrews 6:19 which reminds us that our ultimate hope can only be found in Jesus Christ - our Anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast!
This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil - Hebrews 6:19
