Pastor Kahiwa Aki has been a faithful and dedicated member of Wellspring Church Ministries since its founding and currently serves as one of its pastors. In this role, she assists with the day-to-day operations of the ministry, providing leadership, administrative oversight, and support for the church’s various programs, ministries, and outreach efforts. Through her commitment to serving Christ and others, Pastor Kahiwa helps ensure that the mission and vision of Wellspring Church Ministries are carried out with excellence and integrity.
In addition to her pastoral responsibilities, Pastor Kahiwa serves as Vice President of the Board, working closely with church leadership to provide governance, strategic direction, and oversight for the continued growth and success of the ministry. Her wisdom, dedication, and servant-hearted leadership have made her an invaluable part of the Wellspring Church family.
Pastor Kahiwa has a special heart for the people of Okinawa, Japan. Having spent a total of six years there, she built lasting friendships, ministered within the community, and shared the love of Jesus Christ with many. She is also a board member of Empowering Japan led by Evangelist Ryan Denlinger. Empowering Japan is a non-denominational Christian ministry group that consists of ministers from different churches, ministries and industries, living primarily in Japan.
Locally, Pastor Kahiwa resides in Cottonwood, Arizona, where she carries a powerful vision for the local body of Christ. Fueled by the Holy Spirit, her ultimate heart’s desire is to break down barriers, bring spiritual unity to the entire Verde Valley, and foster deep, godly relationships across various Christian churches.
Whether serving within her local church, reaching out to the broader community, or encouraging individuals in their personal faith journeys, Pastor Kahiwa remains fully committed to advancing God's Kingdom and helping others experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
