Let's not get caught up waiting for the "right moment" or to feel "brave enough", sometimes God is calling us to just step in right where we are, not let fear hold us down, instead "do it afraid". We're always called to listen to Him and seek His will for His timing but we also can't become stuck in fears or shyness. Sometimes we just need to step out while we are still shy, take up a spirit of boldness, even if we don't feel it, and let God use us now.
There will be so many people impacted by Christ through your life! The first step is listening to God and stepping out. If you feel really shy, sometimes it can be good to go out with a companion or someone more comfortable than you and as you go together, you become more brave too. 「適切な時」を待ったり「十分な勇気」を感じるのを待って立ち止まってはいけません。時に神は、恐れに縛られず、今いる場所で踏み出すよう、むしろ「恐れつつも行動せよ」と私たちを招いておられるのです。私たちは常に神の声に耳を傾け、神のタイミングにおける御心を求めるよう招かれています。しかし同時に、恐れや内気さに囚われてはなりません。時には、まだ内気なまま踏み出すこと、たとえその気持ちを感じられなくても大胆さの霊を受け取り、今この瞬間に神に用いられることを許す必要があるのです。
あなたの人生を通して、キリストの影響を受ける人々は数えきれないほどいるでしょう！最初のステップは神の声に耳を傾け、一歩踏み出すことです。もし本当に恥ずかしがり屋なら、時には同伴者や自分より慣れた人と一緒に出かけるのも良い方法です。共に歩むうちに、あなたも次第に勇気を持てるようになります。もし他の人と共に伝道する機会を探しているなら、今週土曜日の午後5時半に海辺の防波堤で私たちと一緒に行動しましょう。
